1 Service Model (Kiraya System)

• Subscription Basis: The website is provided on a "Rental" basis. You are paying for the right to use the website. You do not own the source code or design.
• Ownership: "DukaanDigital" retains full ownership of the website's code and intellectual property. You own your business logo and product images.

2 Payments & Billing

• Billing Cycle: Rent is due between the 1st and 5th of every month.
• Late Fee: Payments received after the 7th will incur a Late Fee of ₹500.
• Suspension: If payment is pending for 10+ days, services will be temporarily suspended.
• Non-Refundable: Setup fees and advance rent are 100% non-refundable.

3 Domain & Hosting Policy

• Ownership: Domains purchased by us remain our property during the rental period.
• Transfer Fee: If you wish to transfer the domain to your own account upon leaving, a Transfer Fee of ₹2,000 applies.
• Hosting: We use secure cloud hosting. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party providers.

4 Content & Copyright

• Your Responsibility: You must own the rights to the photos/text you provide.
• Liability: DukaanDigital is not liable for copyright infringement if you provide stolen images from the internet.
• Prohibited: We do not host illegal, adult, or scam-related content.

5 Maintenance & Updates

• Included: Text changes (prices, phone numbers) and image replacements (max 5/month).
• Excluded: Design changes, adding new pages, or complex features are charged extra.
• Time: Updates are completed within 24-48 working hours.

6 Third-Party Services

• We integrate Google Maps, WhatsApp, etc., but do not control them. If their services go down, we are not responsible.
• SEO: We provide basic setup. We do not guarantee #1 ranking on Google.

7 Limitation of Liability

DukaanDigital is not responsible for any loss of business, revenue, or data due to technical errors, hacking, or server downtime.

8 Termination

You may cancel anytime by stopping payment. The website will go offline at the end of the paid billing cycle. We reserve the right to terminate service for abuse or non-payment.
